Thomas Whitty House - £1.25m
The total cost of purchasing Thomas Whitty House and to convert it into a highly marketable interactive working museum is estimated to be in excess of £1.25m.

A fund raising initiative to seek a major sponsor or sponsors to generate this sum is currently being prepared.

Plans for the new Museum have been drawn up and will be presented for Planning Approval in the near future. For more details, visit our News section     Click here for planning news  click here for news

Our thanks
The Trustees of Axminster Heritage Limited would like to express their thanks to The Weavers' Tales activities and to all contributors since 2002, both companies and individuals, for their support in providing working capital to draw up these plans and meeting professional fees in furtherance of this project.

Monies from gifts and fund raising activities remain coming in to maintain the momentum of the campaign and continue to be both very much needed and appreciated.
